Hi, I am Mrs. Hartley, I’m thrilled to be your librarian. As an elementary school librarian, I’m interested in getting as many kids hooked on books as possible. I believe that every child is a reader. Some have simply not yet found the right book. My goal is to provide you with access to the resources and programs available at David M. Cox Elementary.
